Estate Life
Days that need no itinerary
A private pool, a wood-fired oven from Naples, and two hectares of gardens with nowhere you have to be.
What’s new this year
A pergola built for staying outside
A dedicated outdoor living area beside the pool, with a full outdoor kitchen — BBQ plancha, dishwasher, fridge and wine fridge — a dining table for ten, and a ceiling fan for the warm afternoons. As day turns to dusk the pergola is lit softly against unfiltered sunset views over the Umbrian hills.

Poolside
The private pool
Sunbeds under double-wide umbrellas, pool towels provided, and the medieval skyline of Orvieto on the ridge beyond.

New this year
The luxury pergola
A shaded outdoor room with its own kitchen, a table for ten, and a breeze from the ceiling fan on the hottest days.

Wood fire
The Neapolitan oven
Handcrafted in Naples. A professional pizzaiolo can be arranged, and stays of five nights or more include a pizza experience.

Two hectares
Gardens & olive grove
Wildflowers, olive and fig trees across the grounds, fully fenced with an automatic gate and lit pathways after dark.
Beyond the pool
Al fresco, every meal

Gather around a unique, handcrafted wooden table shaded by a majestic oak tree, or move to the pergola as the evening cools. Guests have exclusive access to the entire property for the length of their stay.

The pergola’s own kitchen keeps drinks cold and dinner close at hand, so a long lunch by the pool never has to end with a walk back to the house.
