These terms cover use of this website and a stay at Villa San Gabriele. Booking a stay means you and your party agree to them, alongside the payment and cancellation terms on our Cancellation Policy page.
Bookings
Bookings are made through Lodgify, our booking and payment platform. Your reservation is confirmed once the initial payment shown at checkout has gone through; Lodgify’s own confirmation email is your receipt. See our Cancellation Policy for the payment schedule and refund terms.
Occupancy
The main villa sleeps 8 across 4 bedrooms. Groups of 9 or 10 add the one-bedroom guest house beside the pool, which sleeps 2 in a queen bed, at the per-guest rate shown when you check dates. The number of guests staying overnight should match what was booked — let us know before arrival if your numbers change.
Check-in and check-out
Check-in is after 4:00 PM and check-out is before 10:00 AM, with flexibility on request — write to us ahead of arrival if you need an earlier or later time.
Minimum stay
3 nights, year-round. The booking calendar will not offer a shorter stay.
Pets
Pets are welcome with pre-approval — write to us before booking. A fee of €100 per stay per pet applies.
Security deposit and damage
No security deposit is required at booking. Guests are expected to treat the house and its contents with care and are responsible for the cost of any damage caused during their stay beyond normal wear and tear.
Changes to these terms
If these terms change, this page will be updated and the date at the top revised accordingly. Where these terms and the details shown at checkout on Lodgify differ, the terms shown at the time of your booking apply.
